Crafted from high quality, new live edge black walnut, each floating shelf is carefully sealed using a professional-grade clear coat varnish to protect the shelves and highlight the natural grains and tones of the wood.
Nature creates beauty like no other. These Live Edge Black Walnut Shelves are created to take the natural qualities and shape of the Black Walnut tree and bring it to your home. The depth of these shelves will naturally vary between 5″ and 7″. They measure 1 3/4″ thick (actual), and come with all required mounting hardware to mount easily to your wall. While not required, we recommend mounting the shelves into wall studs to provide optimal support.
As with any genuine wood product, there will be varying grain patterns, edges, coloration and character on each shelf. Your shelves will look similar to, but not exactly like the set of shelves that we pictured. The coloring, grain, edges and character are all naturally occurring.
