What if I need to CANCEL or CHANGE SOMETHING about my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change something or cancel an order. We are only able to make changes to an order that has not yet been prepared for shipping. If a tracking number has been assigned for your order, we are no longer able to make any changes. We typically ship very quickly, so there is a very good chance that your order would ship before any changes can be made. Please make sure you’re order is correct before submitting!
What is your SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer free shipping to continental United States only. Please contact us for shipping quotes outside of the continental U.S. Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom and MTO orders ship in 3-4 weeks from the order date. We typically ship via FedEx Home and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
What is your RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be authorized for all standard products. Custom and MTO products are not eligible for return. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization. We are able to accept returns of products in brand new condition that have not been installed or altered in any way. We process all returns and refunds within 2 business days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We find that FedEx typically has the lowest shipping rates for larger packages. We do recommend insuring the shipment to make sure you are covered in case of damage to the product during return shipping. In our experience, the few extra dollars for insurance is worth the price!
In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to work with you to provide a replacement or facilitate the return of the defective item.
Reminder – We are not able to accept returns or provide refunds for made to order or custom products.
What are the differences between Standard, Made to Order, and Custom orders?
Standard orders: Our standard products are pre-made by our Amish partners to the specification of the listing. These items are pre-packaged and cannot be customized. Standard shelves are sold in sets of (2), unless otherwise specified, and ship in 3-5 business days. Standard products are eligible to be returned. Your return does need to be authorized within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Returns Policy above for additional important information.
Made To Order (MTO): Our Made To Order listings offer you the ability to choose the length, depth and finish of the shelves. Made To Order shelves with Low Profile Brackets can also be customized to line up with the stud layout in your wall. Made To Order shelves are sold individually and ship in 3-4 weeks from the order date. Made To Order shelves are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom orders: Custom projects are tailor-made to your exact specifications. Tables, countertops, beam wraps, corner shelves and alcove shelves are just a few examples of pieces that we can craft specifically for you! In addition to those items, we can also make custom shelves in sizes outside of the options available in our listings. Our custom order minimum is $300. Custom orders ship in 3-4 weeks from the order date. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Submit a custom order request here to get started!
Please note – Your entire order will ship within the lead time of the product listed with the longest lead time. If you place an order for standard products along with an MTO or Custom order, your standard products will ship at the same time as your MTO or Custom order.
How does Custom Pricing compare to standard pricing?
Our prices for custom shelves take into consideration all of the unique parts of creating your order to your exact specifications. Standard shelf sizes can be made, packaged and shipped with a level of efficiency that custom orders don’t allow. The extra time and attention given to a custom order results in a slightly higher cost. We believe that when you see your beautiful custom shelves, you’ll agree it was worth it!
How do I measure for specific Notch Locations on my custom order?
Follow these simple steps to find your studs and provide notch locations for your custom order:
1. Cut a piece of painters tape to the length of the shelves you need and put it on the wall where you want the shelves to hang.
2. Take a stud finder and mark the center of each stud on the tape.
3. Facing the tape, measure from the left edge of the tape to each mark. Contact us with those measurements before placing your custom order.

Shelf Weight Capacities
Shelves mounted with our Low Profile Brackets and our Full Brackets can support up to 50 lbs per bracket, in addition to the weight of the shelves. This means that a standard size shelf, mounted properly into studs, can support up to 100 lbs. It is recommended that our Floating Accent shelves are mounted into studs, but it is not required. In addition to the weight of the shelf, the Floating Accent shelf, weight capacities are as follows:
18” 7-10 lbs
24” 10-12 lbs
30” 12-15 lbs
36” 15-18 lbs
40” 18-20 lbs
48” 20-23 lbs
